IC 7687.103 EC-ISE-pH-ORP multiparametric controller, panel mounting, RS485 - Modbus RTU
The IC 7687.103 triple measure analyzer belongs to the latest series of instruments from B&C Electronics and contains 40 years of experience in the measurement and regulation of electrochemical properties carried out with selective ion sensors (ISE), pH, redox and conductivity.
The analyzer allows the simultaneous display of up to three measurements on the display in addition to the temperature measurement which also used for automatic compensations.
The flexibility of use of the various types of sensors make the instrument suitable for many applications and types of systems.
The device can perform the following functions:
- view the measurements of ISE, conductivity, pH, redox and temperature;
- automatically adjust the values of the concentration of ISE, conductivity, pH, and redox;
- supply, as an alternative to PID regulation, the 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA measurement outputs programmable on the main measurement and temperature scale;
- provide RS485 and Modbus digital communication (functions 03, 06, 16);
- activate the alarm for measurement values outside the limits, excessive persistence of set points, closure of logic inputs, failure of automatic calibration or exhaustion of calibration solutions.
- activate the alarm or keep the instrument in hold conditions by means of two external contacts;
- activate automatic or manual sensor cleaning cycles;
- activate an external system for automatic one-point or two-point calibration of the ISE sensors;
- measure the consumption of reagents for the automatic calibration of the ISE sensors to prepare their replenishment.
